The Role

We are seeking a Client Relations Supervisor to enhance our team in the Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, solution-focused professional who excels in assisting clients with their home-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to various sites to coordinate and oversee warranty repair tasks with homeowners.
  • Conduct thorough buyer orientations and closing walkthroughs.
  • Address and mediate any homeowner concerns, ensuring decisions benefit both the company and the client.
  • Guide homeowners on the differences between maintenance and warranty claims.
  • Issue service orders to subcontractors for warranty-related issues.
  • Manage costs associated with assigned projects.
  • Review and authorize change orders within established guidelines.
  • Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding customer care matters.
  • Ensure timely completion of all subcontractor and vendor service requests.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in warranty service tasks.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in residential construction or homebuilding.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of construction platforms and processes.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Skills in de-escalating situations with homeowners when necessary.
