About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Client Relations to join our team at Black & Veatch Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing large-scale engineering projects and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of large Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide for the successful staffing of the project.
  • Manage and lead large teams of multi-discipline professionals.
  • Coordinate and integrate the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third-party companies contributing to the initiative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 12 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
