Turf Landscape Sales Expert

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? Look no further Tough Turtle Turf is seeking a skilled Turf Landscape Sales Expert to join our team.
We are an industry leader in the turf and landscaping industry, dedicated to providing top-notch products and services to our customers. As a Turf Landscape Sales Expert, you will be responsible for designing and offering advice to customers while selling them on our preferred products. This is a 100% commission-based position that requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Attend appointments set by the Regional Sales Manager
- Participate in weekly team meetings held at the corporate office(s)
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered
- Accurately quote customers on-site
- Resolve installation issues with customers
- Walk job sites with customers/subcontractors on job start date
- Result ALL leads DAILY
- Implement sales tactics defined by the company
- Manage sold products (job starts, final install, etc.)
- Create customized landscape designs for each customer's personal needs
- Secure contracts and payments efficiently and in a timely manner
- Maintain communication with current and past customers
- Gather pertinent information for weekly sales meeting
- Clock in/out daily to track work-related hours
- Report on-site or customer issues to supervisor
Qualifications:
- Artificial turf or landscaping experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Punctuality to appointments and meetings is crucial
- Previous experience with artificial turf is required
- At least 1 year of outside sales experience is necessary
- Able to measure accurate sq. footage
- Familiarity with G-mail, Google Drive, Salesforce, and other CRM systems
- Creative thinking with ability to sketch/draw
- Reliable transportation is a must
