Business Development Manager

Criterion Executive Search is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in the Plano, TX area. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with P&C experience and a passion for mentoring and training others.
About the RoleThis role involves working closely with the Owner and Producer to manage existing client relationships, auto-renew small accounts, remarket mid-market accounts, and handle applications and tracking for professional liability. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a hybrid schedule environment.
