We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Business Development Manager to join our team at Henrie Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers, following our sales process and system to find success, and being coachable and ready to learn.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others and has a strong desire to learn and grow in their career. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of a challenge and can stay well-managed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Sales Process:

• Learn our sales system, schedule appointments and meet with clients virtually - Complete initial phone discovery to match client's with the best insurance solutions, and present options via consultative appointment following our process.

Relationship Building:

• Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected

Goal Achievement:

• Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual goals for yourself.

Professional Growth:

• Ability to learn & grow - Be willing to learn products & carriers, and our process so you can improve at effectively helping clients accomplish their goals.
