This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to make a significant impact on our company's success and growth.

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic sales professional with a knack for driving business growth to join our team as a North East Region Territory Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food, Food Service, Territory Sales, Account Management, Syndicated Data, Hunter, Territory Management, and B2B Sales.

With at least 3+ years of experience, you will be the key driver in expanding our market presence and achieving our ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and target segments.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and potential customers.
  • Use expertise in foodservice and manufacturing industry to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  • Provide innovative ideas for business growth and act as a liaison between marketing and sales.
  • Utilize syndicated data to analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales team to achieve their sales targets.
  • Manage sales pipeline and coordinate sales operations with other departments.
  • Deliver sales presentations to high-level executives and decision-makers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Foodservice Territory Sales, Account Management, Broker Management, and Distributor Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire the sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Outstanding knowledge of the food and manufacturing industry, with a focus on market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional customer service attitude with a knack for building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
