About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Midsouth region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Provide training and support to Trane Commercial Sales Offices (CSO) in the assigned territory to ensure they are equipped to sell MTA products effectively.
  • Collaborate with local Account Managers to identify target markets and customers, and provide product selections, performance data, and pricing support to help close local business.
  • Consult directly with customers to assist in closing local business and develop direct and indirect OEM relationships to target recurring business in specific application verticals.
  • Attend industry-specific trade shows and participate in product seminars, panels, and promotional events to increase market awareness and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree with a business, technology, or engineering emphasis is desired.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver the message to customers and communicate clearly to all team members.
  • Proven team player with the ability to establish relationships independently and recognize the real needs of the customer.
  • Technical skills, including computer proficiency utilizing Word, Outlook, CRM, and Excel.
