About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at SunSource. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hydraulic component manufacturers and distributors
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and technical support, to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Utilize CRM tools and resources to manage your sales activities and territory
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and solutions to customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year technical degree or better preferred
  • 2+ years of increasing sales experience, with at least 1 year in industrial sales
  • Previous sales experience selling hydraulic components and service/repair is preferred
  • Fluid Power Certification is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, achieve and exceed sales goals, and communicate effectively
