Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Account Leader/Project Manager to join our team in the north-central Alabama area. This role will focus on developing and maintaining business relationships with clients in the water and wastewater sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand services to current clients and add new clients.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Lead pursuit plans, develop client engagement strategies, and participate in task order development and interviews to win new projects.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure quality services and deliverables within project schedules.
  • Serve as a senior technical resource on small to large-sized, multi-disciplined, municipal drinking water planning, program management, and delivery projects.
  • Support the development of junior and mid-level staff.
  • Develop scope and cost proposals for task orders and projects.
  • Deliver key financial performance, including growth.
  • Travel up to 10% for project site visits, client meetings, etc.
Requirements:
  • 15 years of experience in client/project management in the water/wastewater sector.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • P.E. License and ability to acquire PE Licensure in Alabama within 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 years relevant sales and account management experience.
  • Client/Project Management experience on municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects of various sizes.
  • Strong experience and knowledge in drinking water, planning, and treatment.
  • Existing relationships with municipal clients in the region would be desirable.

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $111,600 - $174,000/year.
