  • Interface with the IT Department to resolve hardware and software issues, maintaining a high level of technical competence.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining department files, and creating reports as directed.
  • Provide support to senior IT staff, scheduling meetings and training sessions as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Sort and distribute mail, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital policies and procedures.
