Position Overview *
Insight Global is seeking a candidate to provide support for a prominent healthcare organization. This individual will assist in a comprehensive Microsoft-based network operating on Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365, including MS Teams, among other tools. Under the supervision of IT leadership, responsibilities may encompass: receiving computing assets, relocating equipment within and/or between locations, preparing equipment for build/image activities, conducting client interviews as part of pre-deployment asset assessment, executing the deployment strategy, managing equipment replacement tasks, updating the asset management system to reflect completed work, and documenting daily activities. This role will also involve installing and maintaining PC hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, performing data transfers and recovery, independently resolving basic network communication challenges, and handling various administrative tasks.
