Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for compiling and evaluating financial data for the organization. This role involves developing comprehensive revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. The analyst will oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, the role requires identifying trends in competitive landscapes and presenting insights to senior management. Responsibilities also include financial forecasting and managing the reconciliation of internal accounts while guiding the finance team through financial reviews and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and prepare current and historical financial data and performance metrics.
2. Supervise the creation of reports and projections based on thorough analysis.
3. Assess current capital expenditures and depreciation rates.
4. Monitor financial performance trends and offer strategic recommendations for enhancement.
5. Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
6. Identify and promote best practices in financial processes.
7. Act as a strategic partner within the organization.
8. Availability for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required to meet objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

- MS Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables
- PowerPoint presentations
- ERP and database systems

Additional Qualifications:
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
