Job Summary

Thompson Gray Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to support the PEO Missile IFRCO Program Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing program analyst duties, including financial management, budget execution, and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Utilize the Army financial system, including General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and LMP, to execute RDT&E, O&M, and Procurement funds.
  • Budget Execution: Coordinate budget execution, monthly actuals reporting, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Financial Planning: Review, analyze, and interpret various GFEBS financial documents and reports against established financial metrics.
  • Program Support: Provide support for Joint Reconciliation Program (JRP) and Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiatives, including research and review of audit samples data from GFEBS.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with senior military and government civilian personnel to ensure seamless program execution.
Requirements
  • Active DoD Security Clearance: Must possess an active DoD security clearance.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' relevant experience or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and ability to manage and manipulate large amounts of data into easily interpreted reports.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
