Role Responsibilities:
As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the face of Montereau, often serving as the first point of contact for many individuals. Your role involves:

  • Providing high-quality customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our senior residents.
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents through daily interactions.
  • Greeting, assisting, and directing residents, family members, guests, and staff throughout your shift.
  • Ensuring resident safety by completing reports, performing data entry, and maintaining check-in systems.
  • Supporting administrative staff by collaborating on delegated projects.

Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to remain composed amidst interruptions
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn new software
- Capability to perform physical tasks typical of a Guest Services Coordinator
- A self-motivated, positive attitude with a genuine interest in serving senior adults
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Work Schedule:
This position operates on a PRN basis, providing coverage for regularly scheduled team members as needed. Flexibility is essential, as our concierge desks are open seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.
