Job Summary

US Community Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
  • Phone Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide assistance and support to our members.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex member issues, escalating to supervisors as needed.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services and products, as well as relevant software and systems.
