Responsibilities- Build relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
- Show and market real property to potential buyers
- Promote sales through various advertising channels, open houses, and listing services
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- A proven track record of sales success is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years old or older
