Client Engagement Assistant Manager

As the Client Engagement Assistant Manager within the Brand & Design division, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of various projects, products, or deliverables assigned to you. Under the guidance of your supervisor, your responsibilities will encompass managing internal logistics, timelines, and the coordination of deliverables for designated tasks. This position also involves liaising with internal resources to ensure timely delivery to clients.

Performance in this role will be evaluated based on your understanding of agency workflows, your commitment to continuous learning and development, your ability to manage multiple projects to successful completion, and your organizational capabilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management abilities, the capacity to juggle multiple tasks, and the skill to collaborate effectively across teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the management of internal workflows, including routing and feedback processes, preparing assets for distribution, and maintaining schedules. You will also serve as the primary internal contact for client meeting preparations and the documentation of meeting outcomes and next steps.
- Overseeing project maintenance, which includes organizing folders and files as well as archiving materials.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in client service or project management within an advertising agency or a related field, handling projects across various media such as digital, video, social, print, and large-scale website maintenance.
- Experience in building collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients, confidently supporting recommendations and ideas based on business context and creative opportunities.
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary campaigns or large-scale projects from inception to delivery, including client management, scheduling, budget oversight, and production best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, PowerPoint, Keynote, Acrobat Professional, Smartsheet, and project management tools.

Additional Information
All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
Compensation Range: $46,000 - $68,500 annually. This range reflects the company's anticipated pay for this position. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as the position's requirements. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Benefits include medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
