Insurance Customer Service Representative

Kingdom Tree Insurance Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, conducting policy reviews, and handling client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to our clients over the phone, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Requote current clients and prospects to ensure they have the best coverage at the best rates, driving business growth and revenue.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage or savings, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process payments, endorsements, and policy changes efficiently, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Sell new policies to clients and prospects, ensuring they have the correct coverage, and meeting sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
- 3-5 years of insurance experience, with a strong knowledge of the insurance market, preferably in Florida.
- Coachable and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt to office changes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities, working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to professionalism, ensuring exceptional customer service and relationships.
