Job Overview

Are you an enthusiastic and skilled individual with a strong interest in the insurance sector? HireFinder is seeking a Customer Service Representative specializing in insurance to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in the insurance field, hold a valid 440 or 220 license, and demonstrate proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while cross-selling existing insurance accounts, including Auto, Home, and Commercial insurance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current clients, actively seeking referrals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Effectively manage or transition new business clients to the sales team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (Spanish) in both written and verbal forms.
  • Possession of a mandatory 440 or 220 insurance license.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, CRS Systems, and various internet programs.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to meet deadlines related to policy renewals and other critical timelines.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
  • Integrity and a commitment to acting in the best interest of clients.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Presenting and explaining insurance products for auto, home, and commercial coverage.
  • Managing inquiries from insurance companies, resolving service issues, documenting customer requests, and finalizing policy modifications.
  • Contacting current clients to review and update existing policies while exploring new business opportunities.
  • Processing endorsements, addressing billing concerns, and making recommendations for policy adjustments.
  • Responding to incoming inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage issues, and general questions.
  • Reviewing policies and seeking opportunities to re-market accounts.
  • Cross-selling additional insurance products to existing customers.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Assisting insurance agents and sales representatives in addressing customer complaints.
