Customer Service Representative


PeopleReady of Miami South, FL is now hiring Customer Service Representatives Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phones, redirecting calls as needed, assisting customer inquiries, defusing and problem solving issues as they arise.

Clerical duties are also required and can vary widely, from organizing files to submitting documents.

Other duties can further include keeping the office organized, and completing basic tasks such as filing of hiring documents or filling out forms.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Greeting visitors and answering phones
  • Filing forms and documents
  • Sending invoices and collecting receipts
  • Assist with daily tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
  • Maintain a neat and organized office environment

Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) and Weekends

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and willing to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Background check required
