Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our existing clientele via phone.
  • Requote current clients and prospects to ensure optimal coverage at competitive rates.
  • Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to uncover opportunities for additional coverage or savings.
  • Efficiently process payments, endorsements, and policy modifications.
  • Sell new policies to clients and prospects, ensuring appropriate coverage is in place.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation for all client interactions.

Qualifications
  • Active Property and Casualty License is required for consideration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a solid understanding of the Florida insurance landscape.
  • Receptive to coaching and feedback, with a readiness to learn and adapt to changes in the office.
  • Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to professionalism.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
