We are in search of a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to become a part of our close-knit team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with managing our existing clientele, performing policy evaluations, and addressing client inquiries. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, along with opportunities for commissions and bonuses. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in the insurance sector and hold an active Property and Casualty License.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our existing clientele via phone.
- Requote current clients and prospects to ensure optimal coverage at competitive rates.
- Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to uncover opportunities for additional coverage or savings.
- Efficiently process payments, endorsements, and policy modifications.
- Sell new policies to clients and prospects, ensuring appropriate coverage is in place.
- Maintain precise records and documentation for all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty License is required for consideration.
- 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a solid understanding of the Florida insurance landscape.
- Receptive to coaching and feedback, with a readiness to learn and adapt to changes in the office.
- Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to professionalism.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
