Work Schedule:
Part-Time Weekends (various shifts), Part-Time Thursday and Friday 2 PM - 10 PM
Full-Time 10 PM - 6 AM shift
Full-Time 2 PM - 10 PM - Thursday through Sunday

Shift Differential:
$1.00 for Evening Shifts and $2.00 for Night Shifts

Eligibility:

Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly assess residents to ensure their personal care needs are met according to their preferences.
- Review and update patient care plans as necessary.
- Communicate any changes in residents' conditions to nursing supervisors for appropriate adjustments in care.
- Assist residents with daily activities, including participation in social programs and transportation to appointments.
- Foster a warm, patient, and enthusiastic atmosphere, ensuring residents feel comfortable and welcomed.
- Prepare residents' rooms for their arrival and maintain a clean environment.
- Participate in facility assessments conducted by authorized agencies.
- Uphold confidentiality of resident information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Effectively relay necessary information to nursing staff and administration.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a 10th-grade education
- Must hold a valid certification as a nursing assistant in the state
- A genuine passion for caregiving and enhancing residents' quality of life

This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with SEIU 503.
