Minimum Qualifications- Education: Master's degree in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field.
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
- Experience: Delivering behavioral health services utilizing evidence-based practices for children and adolescents.
- Location: On-site at our Bend office.
- A background check will be conducted on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing this check.
- Competitive Compensation: Our Behavioral Health Therapists earn an average of $116,467 annually, working a 4-day week. Our top 5 therapists earn an average of $135,759+, also working 4 days a week. We value our clinicians as much as our clients, which is why we provide annual raises and increased PTO for 10 years.
