Job Description
Are you a skilled Salesforce professional with a passion for driving business growth and efficiency? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations team at Milestone Systems Inc.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with functional business partners to identify and clarify system requirements and processes
• Gather requirements, acceptance criteria, and prioritization from the region to delivery to Global Sales Operations (GSO)
• Liaison between the Global Sales Operations and the Regional business users
• Document and maintain operational processes associated with Salesforce and have a close collaboration with GSO
• Communicate complex business needs into clear, actionable systems requirements, research and evaluate alternative solutions
• Evaluate the design of existing Salesforce instance to judge the functionality, effectiveness, and performance to the regional business needs
• Demonstrate an understanding of technical details and solutions including (but not limited to) roles, profiles, workflows, permission sets, parent-child accounts
• Articulate data requirements and data quality standards
• Collaborates with Global Sales Operations to enhance Salesforce adoption by providing ongoing support and assistance to key stakeholders, resolving any questions or concerns
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for the Americas, providing insights into key metrics
• Deliver optimal and scalable solutions, ensuring solutions effectively meet business needs
• Support all testing of new features and changes
• Comfortable training Salesforce users on new features and upgrades, ensuring consistency across each department
• Evaluate new releases of Salesforce and work with GSO to determine which departments/users will benefit/be affected by these changes

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or other related field required.
Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred
Certified Salesforce Service Cloud preferred
Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
Certified Pardot preferred
A minimum of 4 years of Salesforce Administrator or App Builder experience required
A minimum of 4 years in business process and/or requirements gathering
Experience working in complex, global implementations
Strong understanding of SFDC best practices and functionality
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and leadership qualities
Has a sense of urgency, understanding what needs to be prioritized
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to perform efficiently within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Ability to work Denmark (CET zone) hours if need be (9 hours ahead of PST zone)
