Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders across NAVEX Global to establish and evolve strategic growth opportunities aligned to business needs
  • Develop and deliver impactful learning content related to upskilling job competencies, people-leadership, and a variety of topics to grow our diverse talent
  • Facilitate experiences with an engaging, motivational style that inspires possibility in others and delivers on objectives
  • Optimize current methodologies, tools, and practices to ensure outstanding program results
  • Measure, monitor, analyze and report the organizational impact of learning experiences
  • Nimbly adjust and adapt to evolving business needs in an exciting, fast-moving environment
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team to support organization-wide programs and impact
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional training experience, with a passion for inspiring people to do and be more
  • The ability to help build an inclusive and irresistible workplace experience for others
  • A track record of designing and delivering impactful programs that deliver on needs and drive business success
  • Comfort functioning independently, as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a commitment to collaborating with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organization and planning skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of content development, facilitation and stewardship
  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX Global's core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust
Our Commitment:

  • The starting pay range for this role is $65,000+ per annum.
