About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team at NAVEX Global. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering best-in-class content related to skill building, leadership development, and the new hire experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to establish and evolve strategic growth opportunities aligned to business needs
  • Develop and deliver impactful learning content to upskill job competencies, people-leadership, and various topics to grow our diverse talent
  • Facilitate experiences with an engaging, motivational style that inspires possibility in others and delivers on objectives
  • Optimize current methodologies, tools, and practices to ensure outstanding program results
  • Measure, monitor, analyze, and report the organizational impact of learning experiences
  • Nimbly adjust and adapt to evolving business needs in an exciting, fast-moving environment
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team to support organization-wide programs and impact

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional training experience with a passion for inspiring people to do and be more
  • The ability to help build an inclusive and irresistible workplace experience for others
  • A track record of designing and delivering impactful programs that deliver on needs and drive business success
  • Comfort functioning independently, as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a commitment to collaborating with people across various levels and backgrounds
  • Strong organization and planning skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to drive results through job competencies of content development, facilitation, and stewardship
  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results, and instills trust

  • The starting pay range for this role is $65,000+ per annum, with pay progression based on performance
