Cardiac Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Care Specialist to join our team at Compunnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and the ability to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in the step-down unit, including monitoring vital signs, neurological status, and cardiac rhythms.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and diagnoses.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding their condition, treatment plan, and self-care measures.
- Monitor for signs of clinical deterioration or complications, intervening promptly to prevent escalation of illness.
- 1-year recent experience in critical care nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
