Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan patient care, taking into account the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience.
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
- Basic Life Support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous health care experience.
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
- Two (2) years O.R. circulating and scrubbing.
- CNOR.
- ACLS.
