Administrative Assistant Role

Continental Properties is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Development Team, including answering calls, managing mail and deliveries, preparing deliverables and presentations, and coordinating meetings.
  • Schedule meetings, including Investment Committee meetings, department meetings, and general contractor and design consultant home office visits.
  • Assist with the Executive Team's schedule, including managing calendars, booking travel, expense reports, registering for conferences, and coordinating events.
  • Work closely with the Department Executive to complete research and prepare presentation materials as requested.
  • Manage the collective department budget, updating department heads on budget status on a quarterly or as needed basis.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
