The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Construction, Design, and Development Team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing mail and deliveries, preparing deliverables and presentations, and coordinating meetings.
- Schedule various meetings, including Investment Committee meetings, department meetings, and general contractor and design consultant visits.
- Assist with the Executive Team's schedule, including managing calendars, booking travel, expense reports, and coordinating events.
- Work closely with the Department Executive to complete research and prepare presentation materials as requested.
- Manage the department budget, providing regular updates to department heads.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
