We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Development Team at Continental Properties Company, Inc.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Construction, Design, and Development Team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing mail and deliveries, preparing deliverables and presentations, and coordinating meetings.
  • Schedule various meetings, including Investment Committee meetings, department meetings, and general contractor and design consultant visits.
  • Assist with the Executive Team's schedule, including managing calendars, booking travel, expense reports, and coordinating events.
  • Work closely with the Department Executive to complete research and prepare presentation materials as requested.
  • Manage the department budget, providing regular updates to department heads.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
