About the Role

Radiant Ventures is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our global IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the systems and components of our global IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network, AD, and security.
  • Disruption Resolution: Analyze and resolve disruptions and issues, documenting them in our internal ITSM tool at the 2nd level.
  • Infrastructure Development: Plan, develop, install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions to meet business needs.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other IT teams on projects, evaluating and creating technical concepts to drive innovation.
  • Documentation and Standardization: Create and revise technical documentation, participating in the standardization and automation of administrative tasks, and developing a monitoring concept.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or a comparable qualification.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and security architectures, as well as expertise in IT infrastructure and administration.
  • Language Skills: Good written and spoken German and English.
