About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned SaaS Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our workforce solutions unit, you will play a key role in equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell our software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with business goals and drives sales performance.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to succeed.
  • Create, manage, and optimize sales content, including playbooks, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • A four-year degree in Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • At least 10 years of experience in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, preferably within a SaaS B2B environment.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $165,000 to $245,000 based on national averages and industry standards.
