We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Manager to join our team at Sixt USA. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for the growth and profitability of your branch, ensuring a first-class experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day business in your branch, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop new business and build on local sales and relationships
  • Effectively and efficiently manage our Sixt premium vehicle fleet
  • Lead, manage, and develop your team to achieve sales performance and budget targets
  • Continuously look for ways to improve and optimise our processes
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the retail, hotel, catering, and/or hospitality industry
  • Service-oriented way of thinking and value work that has direct customer contact
  • Previous experience in a management role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Held a full, clean valid US driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
