Client Services Associate

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team at DSPolitical. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will play a critical role in assisting with campaign trafficking, report preparation, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage campaign inventory and provide guidance to clients as needed.
- Utilize knowledge of Catalist and PDI to offer strategic guidance on media plans and audience segmentation.
- Oversee payment status and notify clients of any issues or concerns.
- Traffic creative between clients and the Programmatic Trading team, ensuring seamless communication and campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign pacing and budgets, escalating issues as needed.
- Support clients on Deploy, our self-service tool, by advising on best practices and optimizations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated interest and/or experience in democratic politics or public affairs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google file sharing.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills.

- Annual base salary range of $45,000 - $48,000 depending on experience and location.
