Job Summary

Hillcrest Children & Family Center is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our intake and care coordination team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring seamless access to our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and external stakeholders
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, intake, and authorization processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client information and services provided
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions of care and effective communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Associate degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in intake and care coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
