Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology Med Surg will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role requires strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs
  • Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind
  • Communicate compassionately and effectively
  • Assist in developing individualized treatment plans
  • Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines
  • Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs
  • Participate in clinical team conferences
  • Follow hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines, policies, and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required. A Registered Nurse with an ASN/ADN degree must complete a BSN degree within four years from the Registered Nurse's date of hire unless the Registered Nurse has a minimum of fifteen years of proven continuous Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.

$132,500 per year
