SalaryThe hourly range for this position is between $35.70 and $50.50 per hour. Your actual hourly rate will depend on your experience.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, assessing their psychological and physical needs while implementing individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An ASN from an accredited program; BSN within 4 years
- A current RN license in the state of Montana
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- One year of nursing experience in a comparable setting (preferred)
