Care Navigator for Cancer Patients

As a Patient Care Coordinator for Cancer Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive seamless, high-quality care throughout their treatment journey. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, communicating with patients and families, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 403(b) retirement plan, and paid time off.
