About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncology Specialist to join our team at Billings Clinic in Montana. As a key member of our cancer care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Job Summary

This full-time position is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our medical oncology department. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and values.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in Montana or Wyoming.
  • At least 4 years of experience in medical oncology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of medical oncology principles and practices.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $$93,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
