**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the unit's mission of delivering exceptional care to our smallest patients.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care in the NICU, utilizing advanced skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care, promote patient-centered care, and enhance overall patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, share best practices, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, communicate effectively with families and colleagues, and adhere to regulatory requirements and standards of care

**Requirements:**
- Current RN license to practice in Montana
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in the NICU, with a strong focus on critical care and patient safety
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
