Job Overview

Publicis Media is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our programmatic media efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive client growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of experts to own programmatic execution of client campaigns
  • Oversee training, mentoring, and development of direct reports and drive continued growth in skills and knowledge across the full team
  • Assume accountability and ownership of Precision output, ensuring accurate and best-in-class planning recommendations are provided both in channel mix and budget allocation
  • Work with existing and new partners across platforms, data, and inventory to deliver new and first-to-market opportunities that deliver on client business objectives
  • Deliver thought leadership to clients and teams
  • Responsible for the financial and operational success of their assigned team
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the media landscape, identifying opportunities related to platform technology, data, and media inventory sources, and pursuing opportunities for value creation on behalf of clients
  • Responsible for the growth of current and prospective accounts, ensuring the right team is in place for each client

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in digital media with considerable understanding and experience of the overall advertising technology ecosystem
  • 5+ years with increasing responsibility within an agency or media company
  • 5+ years of people management experience, managing 10+ reports in an account management/client services team
  • Programmatic marketing subject matter expertise
  • Ability to drive test and learn agendas, with a focus on incrementality
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Intelligent, entrepreneurial type with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
  • Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising landscape from either media planning or sales planner perspective
  • High competency level in MS Office products; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent time management/project management skills, with the ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels
