Innova Solutions is actively seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator for a contract role.

Position Overview:

The Client Engagement Coordinator is tasked with fostering, developing, and sustaining effective and mutually advantageous business relationships with both internal and external partners.

This role involves close collaboration with a diverse team within the Global Supply Chain. The Coordinator will serve as the main contact for inquiries from healthcare institutions, distributors, and pharmacies. The position demands strong interpersonal skills and experience in account management. Additionally, the Coordinator will handle various daily responsibilities, including:
  • Efficiently managing client accounts while nurturing successful relationships.
  • Reviewing client orders to ensure compliance with internal programs and shipping products according to established distribution protocols.
  • Onboarding new clients with all necessary information and maintaining regular outreach.
  • Updating the CRM tool with relevant information.
  • Processing credits, debits, and returns in accordance with departmental procedures.

The Coordinator will also:

  • Effectively manage emails and phone calls from internal and external clients to guarantee complete and timely resolutions.
  • Establish and uphold professional relationships with specialty pharmacies, distributors, physicians, suppliers, and wholesalers.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with case managers and colleagues within the Global Supply Chain.
  • Identify and report any negative trends to management.
  • Participate in required training and report any relevant events within client guidelines.
  • Engage in audits and audit reviews as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with Risk Evaluation Mitigation Strategy (REMS) for all orders received.
  • Identify, triage, and process quality events, including supply and logistics complaints, deviations, and product quality issues.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of college education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Capability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to be proactive, flexible, multitask, and work with a sense of urgency.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is between $33.00 to $35.00 per hour, with the final offer determined by various factors, including education, experience, and specific job duties.
