About the Role: Ping Identity is seeking a seasoned Sales Development Manager to lead our team of sales development representatives in Denver, Colorado. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant impact on our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of SDRs to achieve targets and collaborate with account executives
  • Mentor and coach SDRs to develop their skills and abilities
  • Develop SDR best practices and refine pitches and objection handling strategies
  • Contribute to the hiring, training, and motivation of new hires

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of management experience in sales, sales development, or inside sales management within the high technology sector. You must have a proven track record of establishing and exceeding measurable goals, as well as excellent working knowledge of outbound prospecting methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and experience with sales tools like SalesLoft are essential.
