Hotel Sales Development Representative

Made In Cookware, a premium kitchen brand, is seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales Development Representative to drive growth in our Hotel/Casino business. This role involves managing vertically aligned accounts and generating new sales opportunities through proactive outbound efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the Made In brand by developing and growing net-new and existing accounts within the hotel/casino vertical industry
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and key performance indicators through targeted outbound sales efforts
- Deliver a scalable outbound sales process to fill the pipeline and close deals
- Meet with prospects and/or current customers in the field or represent Made In at industry events to build relationships and present new products
- Manage full sales cycle and post-sale logistics for large commercial orders including quoting, payment processing, and delivery
- Monitor and report sales activities, pipeline development, forecast, and delivered revenue via Salesforce and other sales tools
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the corporate hospitality industry
- The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing sales opportunities through outbound efforts (cold calling, cold email campaigns, etc.)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and communication
- Low ego and high horsepower, with a focus on process improvement and personal growth
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
