Raise the Bar as an Enrollment Support Agent at UTI

We invite talented individuals to join our dynamic team as Enrollment Support Agents at Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in Phoenix. As a key member of our team, you will engage prospective students, promote the benefits of our programs, and inspire them to take the leap into rewarding careers in the skilled trades.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A driven professional who excels in fast-paced environments and consistently meets goals.
  • An effective communicator with a talent for building strong relationships and turning interest into action.
  • A proactive individual focused on delivering results and committed to excellence.
  • Able to adapt to a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
  • Available to work weekends, with shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilize outbound calls and various communication channels to engage potential students, assess their eligibility, and schedule personalized campus visits.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our education program offerings, campus locations, and admission standards to confidently promote them.
  • Efficiently manage activity queues in Dynamics CRM, ensuring seamless documentation of interactions.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly engagement and conversion targets while demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements & Skills:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous sales and call center experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are beneficial.
  • Possess the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented, with excellent listening, reacting, and rapport-building skills.
