Job Summary

Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport seeks a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our front desk team. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests through personalized service and attentive care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests with their needs, whether it's checking in, requesting information, or addressing concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including feedback and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure informed and engaging interactions
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and resolve any issues that may arise
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; relevant education or certifications welcome
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with diverse perspectives
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

We anticipate an annual salary range of approximately $55,000-$70,000 for this role, depending on qualifications and experience.
