Job Summary

Mid Michigan Health is seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient patient care. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care by coordinating appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries.
  • Manage medical records, updating patient information, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and clean patient areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced medical office environment, often with multiple priorities and deadlines. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment and follow OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Mid Michigan Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
