Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Training Supervisor, the Training Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing training programs for all call center personnel across our three facilities. Each clinical site provides a full range of services, including General Adult and Pediatric ENT, Voice and Swallowing, Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, Inner Ear Disorders, Asthma, Clinical Immunology, Diagnostic Audiology, Hearing Aid dispensing, and Sleep Services. ENTA has a clinical partnership with The Mount Sinai Hospital for head and neck disease treatment and collaborates with the American Cancer Society to educate and treat patients with smoking-related disorders and cancer.
