Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to grow our business
  • Coordinate installations and perform system implementations and software upgrades
  • Train customers and other Technical Applications Specialists
  • Resolve customer issues and participate in escalations
  • Assist in training other Technical Applications Specialists and travel to support other territories
  • Organize and participate in field-based customer education events
Requirements
  • Ability to travel within and outside the region more than 90% of the time
  • Valid driver's license
  • BA/BS in Medical Technology or related field
  • 2+ years of laboratory experience and prior field experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and presentation skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000-$90,000 annually, with an annual incentive target of 6% of base pay. We also offer a variety of health and wellness benefits, including paid time off and holiday pay.
