About the Role

This is a remote Contract Administrator position with US Tech Solutions, a global staff augmentation firm providing talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team and support our clients in the utility industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process business applications, agreements, and billing for services offered to customers
  • Review documentation provided by customers and perform various bill research
  • Support complex and urgent requests from external customers
  • Work closely with internal and external council legal teams
  • Interact with complex customer agreements and billing
  • Provide information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, and services
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of contract management or billing support experience
  • 2-year degree
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles
  • Project related work school experience
  • Demonstrated a Working Knowledge in Project or Contract Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving
  • Collaborative Team Member
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduation from a four-year college or university
  • Demonstrated to Working knowledge in project related Scheduling Cost Controls
